Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe We deliver across Egypt within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Orders within Greater Cairo typically arrive within 1–2 days. Deliveries to Upper Egypt and remote governorates may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees vary based on your delivery location and are calculated at checkout. Rates are as follows:
- Greater Cairo , Giza & Alexandria: 75 EGP
- Delta & Canal Cities: 100 EGP
- Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 120 EGP
- Orders above 600 EGP: Free shipping
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS with your tracking details.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours at [your email/WhatsApp] and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within Egypt only. International shipping is not available at this time.
